A. 3 Sets

:20 DB rows each arm

:20 Single leg deadlifts each leg

:20 Bird dogs each side

B. 4 Rounds, :40 on :20 rest

MAX REPS!

-DB/KBS (BW: vertical jumps)

-Burpees

-Hang power clean and press (BW: Plank or squat jumps)

-Spiderman jumps
