North Bay Strength & Conditioning was founded in 2017 by Jeff Newman. 

Jeff's vision was to create a gym that gives every fitness level the opportunity to get healthy through strength training & conditioning. So no matter if you're a beginner or more advanced, you're going to get a great workout!

Over the years we have established one of the best communities of awesome people who all have the same goal: live a healthy life.

Jeff has been a coach for over 10 years now. He has a passion for helping others realize what their goals are and creating a plan to get there.  He's worked with with athletes, kids, and everyday adults.
His philosophy is that no matter what your fitness level is, he will make sure you get a great workout every time you step into the gym by scaling up/down reps and weight, and listening to your goals & injuries.

My passion for fitness and health led me to become a personal and group fitness instructor, and my goal is to inspire and help others to reach their fitness goals. With our world becoming more automated, and now during the time of Covid, my focus is to assist individuals to maintain and increase strength in their daily life. 

My personal motto is, “There is always room for improvement.” No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always something more to discover!
