Petaluma! We’re looking for 10 people who are ready to get stronger, leaner, and feel their best this spring and summer!
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build strength, or improve your overall health, we’ve got you covered.
You and your coach will set goals for the 6 weeks and build a plan to get there.

Choose between our group classes at the gym, our home workouts, or a combo of both!
GYM CLASSES
Our classes are just 5-10 people so that our coaches can work with each person.
Our workouts are a mix of strength training & conditioning.
Each workout can be tailored to any fitness level, beginners to advanced.
We run classes throughout the day to work with your busy schedule.

We’ll create a customized program you can do at home or at any gym—on your schedule. Whether you have 20 minutes or a full hour, we’ve got workouts that fit your lifestyle and available equipment.
