Little changes = Big results
If you're like most people, you have goals.
You want to lose weight.
You want to get stronger.
You just want to look & feel better.
Well, you're definitely not alone! Every single person has goals or at least an idea of where they want to be.
So what can you do to get there?
You can jump in 100% and just hope for the best!
But trust me, most of the time that doesn't work.
People don't like change and if you're not used to working out and eating healthy, chances are you aren't going to stick with that change.
A REALISTIC plan is to make small changes.
Workout 2 days this week.
Eat more greens at your dinner.
Cut out soda for a day.
Small changes that are actually do-able.
And you know what will happen?
RESULTS YOU CAN BUILD ON!
This doesn't mean you're going to drop 5 lbs this week.
But you're on your way!
Maybe next week you make one more small change. Then another after that.
Before you know it you'll be seeing the results you want & in a routine that works for you that isn't so overwhelming!
This is what I teach each of my members.
It's not about doing a 14 day cleanse where you're starving and drop 35 lbs, it's about building up to the changes you want and incorporating a healthy lifestyle that's going to last!
