GOAL OF THE CHALLENGE
December is one of the months where people don't workout.
Between travel, holidays, kids being out of school, and the weather being cold it's easy to push off workouts until January.
HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
The goal is simple.
Earn as many points as you can in December.
Each workout you do counts as a point.
Your workout is up to you.
Going for a run, doing a bodyweight workout, strength training, etc.
We'll provide some home workouts you can try.
WIN PRIZES
The more points you have at the end of the challenge, the more chances you have at winning a prize.
We will have a couple raffles at the end of the month for small prizes.
Each point you have is an entry.

HOME WORKOUTS
It's tough getting to the gym in December.
So we'll send you a few of our home workouts!
Our home workout program combines strength training, HIIT, circuit training, core, etc.
Workouts take 20-45 minutes.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells.
Have more equipment? We'll show you how to incorporate it.
We'll also send some bodyweight only ones!
