ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

No time to get to the gym? We get it! That's why we created this challenge. To help you get an awesome workout at home on your time, with whatever equipment you have.

Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle/tone, or just be healthier, we have a plan for you.

WORKOUTS

Whether you have 10 minutes or 45 minutes, we have a workout for you.

We use a combination of strength training & high intensity.

BUILD muscle & tone with strength workouts.

BURN body fat with HIIT.

 

All you NEED is a pair of dumbbells.

If you have more equipment, we have options for that too!

Barbell, kettlebell, treadmill, etc.

Each workout comes with a full video showing you how to do each exercise.

NUTRITION

As a parent, diets are unrealistic. You don't need to cut out a bunch of foods or track every calorie.

You need a plan that works with your everyday life and still gets results. That's what we've built for you.

We know you have so many other distractions and it's easy to forget about yourself.

That's where we come in.

Stats actually show us that most people stop working out because they don't have support and accountability from an actual person.

You'll have your own coach who will check in with you, motivate you, track your progress, answer any questions, and be your resource for the 6 weeks!

As a long time coach I've seen a lot of clients struggle to make it to the gym.

As a dad and business owner, I now realize how busy life can get and how easy it is to set aside your fitness.

So I created a program to help parents (and myself) be able to workout and get results with limited time, space, and equipment!
