ABOUT OUR WORKOUTS

We offer small group classes of 5-10 people.

Our workouts are a mix of strength training & conditioning.

Each workout can be tailored to any fitness level, beginners to advanced.

We have been running classes in Petaluma since 2017!

CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE GYM?

Try our home workouts and get your workout done at any time of day, with whatever equipment you have!

Workouts take 20-45 minutes.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

Have more equipment? We'll show you how to incorporate it.

(barbell, bike/rower, kettlebell, etc.)

These are full workout videos showing you exactly how to do each exercise.
