These are full workout videos from warm up to finish. All you have to do is press play and follow along!
The workouts are a mix of strength training and conditioning, and are only 40-45 minutes long.
You can use whatever equipment you have.
Dumbbells, barbell, kettlebells, or just your bodyweight.
Tips to make the most of these workouts:
1. Go at your own pace. If you need extra rest, pause the video.
2. Turn on your own music. I keep mine low so that you can play whatever you want.
3. Focus on form. I do my best to explain each exercise but if there's something you don't know how to do, reach out and let me know.

We work strength training in almost every workout. Each day will focus on a different muscle group and will give you a few exercises to help build muscle.

We use circuit training, HIIT, and other styles of training to get the best possible calorie burn in a short amount of time. We also make it fun with various exercises and formats.
No more just sitting on a bike or treadmill for an hour!

Between running a small business, being a husband, and a new dad, life is busy.
As a gym owner I used to spend hours everyday working out. Now I don't have that time. Or energy.
