HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

EARN AS MANY POINTS AS POSSIBLE

WORKING OUT

Each day you workout you earn a point.

Your workout can be whatever you want.

Group class at our gym, workout at a different gym, home workout, yoga, running, etc.

As long as it's a dedicated time to be active.

FOLLOW NUTRITION GUIDELINES

We're focusing on eating real food and eliminating most processed foods and added sugar.

You'll get a full guide showing you what food you can have, which ones in moderation, and which ones to stay away from. (See FAQ's below)

COMPLETING CHALLENGES

Each week you'll have new challenges to earn more points.

Past challenges have included recipe challenges, core workouts, protein goal, and steps challenges.

WIN PRIZES

Each point you earn will be an entry into our raffle at the end of the challenge.

The more points you have at the end of the challenge, the more chances you have at winning a prize.

We have different prizes from cash to LMNT electrolytes to gift cards to local businesses!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Each challenger will get full access to our group classes.

Each class is a mix of strength training & conditioning and can be tailored to any fitness level.

We have class times throughout the day.

HOME WORKOUTS

Want to get your workout done at home?

You'll get access to our home workout program.

Our home workout program combines strength training, HIIT, circuit training, core, etc.

Workouts take 20-45 minutes.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

Have more equipment? We'll show you how to incorporate it.

These are full workout videos showing you exactly how to do each exercise.

All you have to do is press play and follow along!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the nutrition guidelines?
We're focusing on eating real food, and eliminating most processed foods & most added sugars.

You'll get a full list of what's allowed and not, but here's generally what's allowed:
Any real food. Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, meat, eggs, fish, dairy, whole grains, rice.
Some minimally processed foods as well like whole grain bread/pasta.
Added sugars 3g or less per serving.
What counts as a workout?
This is your choice!
Come to the gym for a group class, go to your own gym, workout at home, go for a run, etc.
It's your choice as long as it's a dedicated time to workout.
What results can I get?
This depends person to person, but we've had challengers lose 10+ lbs!
Realistic weight loss is 1-2 lbs so we always say to set the goal of 4-8+ lbs.
Other results you can expect is more energy, less bloating, stronger, and feeling better overall!
