HOME WORKOUTS

Below are 5 workout videos from my Dumbbell Strength & Conditioning Program.

These workouts are designed to get maximum results with minimal equipment.
They're only 45 minutes long and all you have to do is press play and follow along.

These are strength & conditioning workouts.
Each workout also has a different muscle group focus.

Tips to make the most of these workouts:

1. Go at your own pace! If you need extra rest, pause the video.

2. Turn on your own music. I keep mine low so that you can play whatever you want.

3. Focus on form. I do my best to explain each exercise but if there's something you don't know how to do, reach out and let me know.
