Our challenge is customized to meet your goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or be healthier, we will create a plan that's perfect for you.
Small Group Workouts
We'll get you STRONG & FIT!
The first half of each class is dedicated to strength. Squats, bench press, deadlifts, and other strength exercises.
The second half is the conditioning.
We use a mix of high intensity interval training, circuit training, and bodyweight training to give you the best workout.
Nutrition Made Easy
Not sure what to eat? Not anymore!
You'll get an easy to follow nutrition guide showing you what foods to eat, sample recipes, and grocery lists to make it as easy as possible.
We're here to support you every step of the way. You'll be matched with a coach to make sure that you stay on track.
Track Your Progress
You and your coach will do weekly body measurements (weight, body fat %, body circumferences) to track your progress and make sure that we are getting the results that you want.
We've created a system where you'll have a point goal to reach every week by working out, eating healthy, and stretching. Earn as many points as you can!
