Between running a small business, being a husband, and a new dad, life is busy.
With so much on my plate it's very easy to let my nutrition slide. In fact, I struggled with this through my first couple years of business, and when I became a father. Convenience was key. I didn't have time to make fancy recipes or follow a strict diet.
So I created a way to make simple meals that are healthy and delicious!
