WHO IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR?

This challenge is for anyone who is struggling to stay consistent, motivated, or not seeing the results you want.

This challenge can either be done in person (at our gym) or online!

GOAL OF THE CHALLENGE

The goal of this challenge is to build consistency around your fitness and nutrition, and to see results.

Past challengers have lost 5-10 lbs, gained more energy, and built habits to help them keep their results!

We have class times throughout the day.

Each class is a mix of strength training & conditioning and can be tailored to any fitness level.

HOME WORKOUTS

Can't make it to the gym?

Get your workout done at home.

Our home workout program combines strength training, HIIT, circuit training, core, etc.

Workouts take 20-45 minutes.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells.

Have more equipment? We'll show you how to incorporate it.

These are full workout videos showing you exactly how to do each exercise.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the nutrition guidelines?
For this challenge we're focusing on eating real food, and eliminating processed foods & most added sugars.

You'll get a full list of what's allowed and not, but here's generally what's allowed:
Any real food. Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, meat, eggs, fish, dairy, whole grains, rice.
Some minimally processed foods as well like whole grain bread/pasta.
Added sugars 3g or less per serving.
What results can I get?
This depends person to person, but we've had challengers lose 10+ lbs!
Realistic weight loss is 1-2 lbs so we always say to set the goal of 3-6+ lbs.
Other results you can expect is more energy, less boating, less grogginess, and feeling better overall!

How can I win a cash prize?

We do weekly raffles with a cash prize for people who participate.
All you have to do is keep up with the challenge and you'll be entered each week!

ACCOUNTABILITY

Taking on a diet/challenge alone is tough.

Instead, we're here to motivate and support you!

You'll be able to contact your coach anytime, and we will have a challenge group text where we can share recipes, workouts, and keep each other motivated.
