ABOUT THE WORKOUTS
No gym? No problem.
Get leaner and stronger at home with minimal equipment.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells.
Other optional equipment: Jump rope, box, bike/rower
Workouts take only 20-30 minutes to complete.
Each week consists of a mix of strength training, HIIT, circuits, and core work.
Each workout comes with a demo video.
